采购范围：                                                                             本合同服务范围为位于苏里南的约21,000平方米特许万豪酒店项目:

1.室内装饰工程施工：负责酒店一层、夹层、五层的全区域装饰施工，包含吊顶工程（简单石膏板吊顶、复杂石膏板吊顶、木纹转印铝金属方管造型吊顶等，含 Φ8 热镀锌全丝牙吊筋、50 系列热镀锌轻钢龙骨安装）、墙面工程（花岗岩墙面铺贴、墙面装饰板安装等）、地面工程（50mm ****楼地面、****楼地面、塑料卷材地面铺设）、门窗工程（金属门窗套制作安装）及其他工程（石材零星项目、石材踢脚线、金属踢脚线安装等，严格按甲方提供的施工图纸及技术要求执行）；

2.活动家具及软装安装工程：负责酒店各区域活动家具、块毯、窗帘、艺术花灯的安装施工，****楼大堂吧台单椅、办公椅、办公桌等家具安装，各类块毯铺设，窗帘轨道及窗帘安装，艺术花灯安装调试等，确保安装质量符合酒店装饰设计标准，所有安装工作需配合甲方整体施工进度安排，服从现场管理协调。

Construction Scope:

The scope of services under this contract covers the licensed Marriott Hotel project located in Suriname, with an area of approximately 21,000 square meters:

1. Interior Decoration Engineering Construction — Responsible for the full-area decoration construction of the 1st floor, mezzanine and 5th floor of the hotel, including ceiling works (simple gypsum board ceilings, complex gypsum board ceilings, wood-grain transfer aluminum square tube shaped ceilings, etc., including the installation of Φ8 hot-dip galvanized full-threaded hangers and 50-series hot-dip galvanized light steel keels), wall works (granite wall tiling, wall decorative panel installation, etc.), floor works (laying of 50mm-thick granite floors, stone floors and plastic roll material floors), door and window works (fabrication and installation of metal door/window casings) and other works (installation of scattered stone items, stone skirting boards, metal skirting boards, etc.), all of which shall be implemented in strict accordance with the construction drawings and technical requirements provided by Party A;

2.Movable Furniture and Soft Decoration Installation Engineering — Responsible for the installation of movable furniture, carpet tiles, curtains and artistic decorative lamps in all areas of the hotel, specifically including the installation of furniture such as bar chairs, office chairs and office desks in the 1st-floor lobby, the laying of various carpet tiles, the installation of curtain tracks and curtains, and the installation and commissioning of artistic decorative lamps. All works shall ensure installation quality meets the hotel’s decorative design standards, and shall coordinate with Party A’s overall construction schedule and comply with on-site management and coordination.
