(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Suppliers must have a second level qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, and project managers must hold a second level registered construction engineer qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering. They must also have a "Safety Production Assessment Certificate" (B certificate) issued by the water administrative department, and other construction personnel must hold certificates to work.
