简要规则描述：根据《浦东新区农村公路建设规划（2023-2027）建设工作要求》，对该路段进行提档升级。实施范围为东起南六公路，西至煜超标准件厂（镇界），总长度为803m，现状车行道标准宽度为9m，总面积约为7227m2。对一般路段车行道铣刨加罩、强度不同的区域采取基层补强，更换路缘石，两侧绿化（行道树）补种提升，重新漆画道路标线、增设警示标牌、红白杆等，同步实施道路附属工程、安防工程。
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with the "Construction Requirements of the Rural Road Construction Plan for Pudong New Area (2023–2027)," this road section will undergo an upgrade. The scope of implementation extends from Nanliu Highway in the east to the Yuchao Standard Parts Factory (town boundary) in the west, covering a total length of 803 m; the current carriageway standard width is 9 m, and the total area is approximately 7,227 m². For ordinary road sections, the following measures will be implemented: milling and resurfacing of the carriageway; reinforcement of the base course in areas with varying load capacities; replacement of curbs; replanting of roadside vegetation on both sides to enhance the landscape; repainting of road markings; installation of additional warning signs and red-and-white bollards; and concurrent execution of ancillary road works and safety enhancement projects.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 2）Hold a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works. 3) The proposed project manager shall hold a Grade II or higher qualification as a registered constructor specializing in municipal public works.
